East Suffolk Council launches a series of grant schemes

A number of grant schemes have recently opened including a High Street Premises Improvement Grant.  This offers grants of between £2,000 – £5,000 for small scale improvements to premises including replacement shop fronts, windows and doors, awnings, painting, replacement signage/lettering, energy efficiency and accessibility improvements.

Expressions of interest are now open until 19th April so please pass onto anyone who may be interested.  The guidance and link to the expression of interest form can be found on the following link:

Other grants also available include:

Energy Efficiency – grants between £10,000 – £15,000 to support local SME businesses to make energy efficiency or net zero adaptions to their business to make them more sustainable and efficient.

Capital Investment for Skills
– grants between £5,000 and £100,000 to enable local training providers and businesses to develop dedicated space or facilities for training and education.

Rural Business Investment
