Be Well Bus timetable for Ipswich and east Suffolk – NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB

The booking system will allow services to choose from up to 4 slots per day, 10am to 3pm. In case you are unable to attend the whole day, please email the bewell.bus@snee.nhs.uk to book a half day slot (10 – 12.30pm or 12.30 – 3pm). Please note that the timetable is subject to variation but we will aim to provide enough notice to accommodate.

In order to book your slot on the bus, you first need to register through the ICB website. Registration is only required once to give you access to the Eventbrite booking system. Upon booking your slot on Eventbrite, you will  receive an email confirmation with an attached Memorandum of Understanding (the MoU can be found on the bottom of your confirmation email under additional information) to be read, signed and sent back to the bewell.bus@snee.nhs.uk.

The MoU only needs to be signed once and it will be applicable for all future bookings.
